2008 Vacation bible School

SCHEDULE

On Sunday, June 22nd, Vacation Bible School begins with an evening meal at 5:00 P.M.

Then our opening session at 5:40 P.M.

Children will be grouped according to age and grade and will 

rotate through the different stations beginning at 5:20. 

The 20 minute stations will be: 

Bible Story, Crafts, Music, Recreation Activity and Bible Activity

After a closing session the evening activities end at 7:30 P.M.

Monday through Thursday the schedule is the same except

that everything is one hour later (6:00 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.)

On Friday, June 29th, there will be a closing ceremony where the

children are encouraged to invite their extended families,

friends, and neighbors as they demonstrate their crafts,

songs, and understanding of what they learned of God's

Word and His love for them.

Parents are invited and encouraged to volunteer

their help during the VBS sessions* but if you prefer to drop off

your child, we ask that you accompany them into the fellowship hall to

sign them in, leave an emergency phone number where you can 

be reached, and pick them up again inside the fellowship hall

at the end of the evening. Only the parent or their designated

representative will be allowed to pick up a child after they have

been properly signed out.

*Volunteers working directly with children must be screened and trained on Safe Sanctuary
